答えは教えられませんが、ヒントだけ与えます。

各ヒントを参考にしながらもう一度自分で問題に取り組んでみてね。

1.Had I read the book,I would have enjoyed the movie more.

これは仮定法の「倒置」という用法です。主語の前に「Had」を持ってきて「if」を省略するという典型的なパターン。ということは、その「Had」を元に戻してあげれば・・・？

2.With a camera,I could take a picture of this beautiful scene.

「With　～」という形で「～がもしあれば」という仮定法の表現を使うことができる。その反対には「Without～」で「～がもしなければ」とあらわすことができる。この訳を見てみれば、答えが出るのではないか？もっとヒントを与えれば「もし私がカメラを持っていれば・・・」という風に表現してみよう。

3.She must be tired;otherwise she would go out with her friends.

「otherwise」にはいろいろな意味があるんだけど。ここでは「さもなければ」という意味の用法で使っている。つまりこの文をこう解釈してみよう。
「もし彼女が疲れていなければ、彼女は友達と外出するだろう。」

It is (high）time S Vp という形で「ＳがＶする時間」と表現することができる。過去の時は「It is (high) time S had Vpp」「ＳがＶした時間」となる。ということは・・・？

「But for ～」で「～がなければ」という表現になる。どこかで言わなかった・・・？そう。さっきの「Without ～」といっしょだね。さらに、同様の決まった表現でもう一つあるんだけど・・・？

これも「I wish S Vp」「ＳがＶするならいいのに」という形の典型的の書き換えパターン。それをうまく当てはめればできるはず！「If only S Vp」って聞いたことない？

これは「to不定詞」の「副詞的用法」で表す「仮定」の意味の問題。「副詞的用法」には「結果」とか「理由」とか様々あるんだけど、それはその一つの「仮定」を表している。
だから、普通の仮定法に直せば問題はないはず。で、主語はそのあとに書いてあるとおり「you」だから・・・
