文法的に間違っているところはところどころあると思います。

例えばbe sorry to 不定詞は、これから行う行為に対するお詫びですので、文中では不適切、など。

全部解説する時間がないので、私だったら以下のようにします。
（英語的に自然かなと思う。）
ご参考ください。

Thank you for yesterday and I am sorry for not having contacted you sooner.
I've been a bit tight for the last couple of days.

Anyway, thank you very much for coming to see us!
I was happy to see you again
and glad for your kindness to let me know the job information!
I hope you had a great time here and Nagoya.

文法というよりは慣用や構文のミスが散見されます。

もっと生き生きとした表現はありますが、ここはあなたの原文をできるだけ活かして修正（大文字）と補正（【　　】)をしておきますので参考にしてください：

I am so sorry to be late IN THANKING you about yesterday.
I'VE been SO TIED up for the LAST couple of days...

Anyway, I thank you very much for coming TO see us!
I enjoyed MEETING you again.
I APPRECIATED THE job information YOU KINDLY GAVE ME THEN.
I hope you had 【(WILL) HAVE】a great time here, Nagoya (AND THE REST OF THE PLACES YOU PLAN TO VISIT).
