e-Printアーカイブにつきまして

下記について、教えて下さい。
１．LaTeXを使用して、原稿を登録したいのですが、決まったフォーマットはあるのでしょうか？ありましたら、入手先を教えて下さい。（出来れば日本語が有難いです。）

２．下記HPで、登録を試みたのですが、下記途中で[e-mail].に必要なコード
が待てど、暮らせど送られて来ません。
Organizationの設定で、研究所に所属していないため、適当に入力した。
フリーメールで登録した。
からでしょうか？

Journal-ref等はすべて、著者本人が登録しますので、掲載されても面倒がって放置している人が多いのかもしれません。

こんにちは。

フォーマットはとくに決められていません。

フリーメールで登録できるかは知らないのですが、下の英文には、secred verication code をもうすでに送ったと書いてありますね。
