other person, another person とわざわざ言う必要はないかと、「間違ったメッセージ」で十分じゃないかと思いますが、如何でしょうか?

1)Sorry, I sent the message wrongly to you by careless mistake.

2)Sorry, by mistake I sent the wrong message to you.

3)Sorry, through my careless mistake I sent you the wrong message.


どうしても「other person」を入れなきゃしょうがない事態に追い込まれたのなら、

4) Sorry, by mistake I sent you the wrong message which should be addressed to other person.
