飲食メニューを英語に変えたいのですが・・・

はじめまして。
飲食のメニュー表を英語に訳したいのですが
英語苦手なのでわかりません。

メニューは
甘酒・ホットウィスキー・焼酎お湯割り・チキンレッグ・焼き芋です。

甘酒: sweet mild sake

ホットウィスキー: whisky, scotch or bourbon and hot water
もしくは、’scotch and hot water’か ’bourbon and hot water’
焼酎お湯割り shouchu and hot water
焼酎の意味：
Shochu is made of spirits distilled from fermented rice, potatoes, wheat or the like and retains some of the original flavor.
チキンレッグ: chicken leg
焼き芋: sweet baked potato
