通販サイトの英語の翻訳をお願いします>_<

海外の通販で買おうと思っているのですが、
下記の英語の意味が分かりません。
商品はカリフォルニアに倉庫がある業者に頼んで発送してもらおうと思ってるのですが、
なにやらカリフォルニアに住んでいる人の為の注意点が書かれているみたいなので、オーダーするのが不安です。
どなたか長い文章ですが、翻訳していただいたら幸いです。

要点のみかいつまんで。

カリフォルニア州の個人情報保護の法令に関するお知らせです。要はKマートが個人情報を外部第三者と共有する場合があるので、その方法や顧客の選択肢について通知書が送られてくるということです。
カリフォルニアに住んでたことがあるので、これに似たプライバシー保護に関するInfoは日常当たり前のように受け取っていました。でも質問者様は海外ですから、開示しないと意思表示すればいいだけです。

英語が得意でない方の海外通販はお勧め出来ません。

翻訳サイトを使いましたが、たいがいメチャメチャな英訳になってしまいます。やはり自分の英語力を磨くべきなんでしょうね。
