物もらい??

物もらいというのかどうか知らないのですが、目に何かできました。
目医者さんに行くと、「これは脂肪のかたまりですから、暖めると溶けますよ」
と言われました。

以上ののことを友達に話したいのですが、全てが難しくて
物もらいも、暖めると溶けるというのも、、、

どうか助けて下さい。

ものもらい自体はsty（またはstye）ですが…。

あれって脂肪の塊じゃなくてバクテリアが原因ですよね？ものもらいはつぶすと他に移るので温めて溶かすということはしないと思うんですが…。脂肪の塊と言いたいのならcystだと思います。か、単純にa fatty lump。

I got a cyst near my eye, and the specialist said that it was just a lump of fat and it could be melted (cured) by heating it.

など…ではどうでしょうか？温めるってどうやって（レーザー？）…なのかちょっと興味あります。早く治るといいですね！

早速の回答ありがとうございます。
物もらいというよりは、まつげの生え際に脂肪を外に出す孔があるそうなのですが、疲労やストレスでその脂肪の質が悪くなると、孔が詰まってしまい、脂肪が小さな石の固まりのようになるのだそうです。
暖める方法は、蒸しタオルを目に当てるだけなのです。
治るような気はしないのですけど。

こんにちわ目に脂肪がたまるのですか？目の上のまぶたなら稗種瘤（ひりゅうしゅ）だと思いますが？私はまぶたの所に出来物ができて物もらいだと思ってほおっておいたら治らなかったので眼科にいったら稗種瘤と言われました。

皮膚の中に角質と脂肪がたまって出来るものだと言われました。でも私は切開してとりました
暖めたらとけるとは言われませんでしたから違うかもしれないのですが・・・
切開自体は簡単に終わります。
麻酔をかけるので痛くはありませんが目がつぶれない（切る時も）というので
かなりびびりましたね～でも本当すぐ治りましたよ。
早く治ったらいいですね。お大事に。

pochi0413: Oh, I've got a stye. My eye doctor told me that "You have a case of hordeolum. This lesion represents a focal, chronic, nodular granuloma of the eyelid resulting from an obstruction of the Zeis or meibomian glands. The meibomian glands are oil-producing sebaceous glands located in the tarsal plates of the eyelids. Obstruction of the meibomian glands results in release of the contents of the glands (sebum) into the tarsus and surrounding tissues causing a foreign body reaction. I would suggest a treatment that consists of frequent daily use of warm compresses, eyelid hygiene, and topical anti-inflammatory medication in the acute inflammatory phase. If warm compresses and antibiotics do not lead to resolution, then intralesional injection of steroids or surgical incision and drainage of the lesion may be necessary. However, local steroid injection of triamcinolone in the center of the lesion (40 mg/mL, 0.2 mL) is not always recommended because it can result in depigmentation of the overlying skin, vascular occlusion, or visual loss."
