した。これでよいでしょうか。

　　　(2)のThen you will not wreckの時もそうなのですが、「その時＋なら」

(a)is come to an endについて
　ご質問の主旨がよくわからないのですが、ごく普通に使われる表現だと思います。
　古語などの類ではないように思います。

(b)the right timeについて
　「ちょうど良い」が適切だと思います。
(C)「私にとっては」の意味だと思います。

(2)
(a) 「殺す」で意味的によいと思います。
(b)「吉凶の問題は共に、彼ら次第だからだ」で良いと思います。「良い結果であれ、悪い結果であれ同じように彼らの思うままだからだ」でも良いかも知れません。

(3)
ご質問の主旨がよくわからないのですが、at that time は、Fifty days after the solstice を受けていると思います。訳されているとおりだと思います。

unless Poseidon t（shall) be set upon your ship
ポセイドーンが船の上に置かれ無い限り。
大地を揺るがすポセイドーンが船に乗り移らない限り・・

（ポセイドーンは大地を揺るがすポセイドーンと呼ばれ、航海を司る神でもある。）

for the issues of good and evil alike are with them.
良きにつけ悪しきにつけ要になることは彼らと供に航海をすることである。

貴兄の訳で良いと思う。

poseidon be set upon otについて
　　この部分は、海が荒れて船が沈没するのも、船乗りが嵐で死ぬのも　
　　ポセイドドンやゼウスの御心次第と述べていると思われる、
　　実際、辞書はset uponは「心を注ぐ」としているので、
　　　　これで、話の筋はあうように思われます。
　　（このように解釈しても、直訳志向から、逸脱しないと思う）
