を、英文でどう書いたらよろしいでしょうか。

win は have won に変えた方がいいです。また、先生がそのクラスの担任の先生なら、in your class より in our class の方がいいとおもいます。

This is to certify that you have won the first place in the English Conversation contest in our class.

下記の検索結果も見てください。（ヒット数は少ないですが、have won の部分を win にすると何もヒットしません）

SPECIAL NOTICE

name （生徒名）　grade (学年） class (クラス）
is specially commended for winning the class English Conversation Tournament.

by （表彰者の名前） date （日付）

ですね。「英語スキット（会話）大会」の英文名があれば「English Conversation Tournament」と差し替えてください。「name」の４文字は無くても可。ちなみに私自身が小学校高学年の時にアメリカでもらった表彰状を参考にしました。

下記のように少しアレンジしたのですが、ちょっとみていただけますか？
あってますでしょうか。。このとき、「win」は、「won」にしなくてもいいんでしょうかね。
