英語にした時に何故このような回答になるのでしょう。

「メールマガジンの配信を止めてほしいですか？。」
という英語訳を、下のように教えてもらいました。
Do you want stop our sending you the mail magazines to the mail address you received this mail ?

Do you want stop the mail magazines？
では意味が通じないでしょうか。

また、「our sending you」「to the mail address you received this mail 」の部分の文法的な解釈を教えて頂けないでしょうか？？？。

この英語訳はどこから出て来たのでしょうか？文法的に間違っていますし、our sendingというのも不自然です。

まず、wantとstopは動詞なので、不定詞のtoなしで二つの動詞を繋げることはできません。
同じ理由でDo you want stop the mail magazines?は成り立ちません。

次にstopですが、「~することを 止める」という意味で使う場合はstop + ～ingになります。

さらに、私たちに配信を止めて欲しいですか？ということになるので、
want+人+to stop sendingとなります。

また、to the mail address you received this mailという部分ですが、
to the mail addressのtoは [send to + 場所]の一部です。
the mail address you received this mailというのは、addressとyou receivedの間に関係副詞的に使われるthatが省略されています。
つまり、the mail address (住所) を説明する目的で、you received this mail (あなたがこの郵便を受け取っている(住所))が後続しています。

つまり、正しい英訳は
Do you want us to stop sending the mail magazines to the mail address you received this mail?　となります。

どちらかというと、
Do you want us to stop sending you...
のほうが良いのではないでしょうか？
Do you want stop the mail magazines？
めいるマガジンは受け取る側がとめるのではなく、発送側がとめるものなので
Do you want us to stop sending you the mail magazines？
じゃないかな。

「our sending you」
よくわかりません。　間違いかも。　
「to the mail address you received this mail.
「このメールを受け取ったアドレスへ」という意味でしょうが、まあ、的確（precise）ではありますが、余剰(redundant)な気もしますね。
