英文見てください

友達と恋愛話をしているときに彼氏のことを話そうと思ったのですが、うまく話せなかったので、言いたかったことを英作してみました。長くて申し訳ないですが、よろしかったら添削してください。

「彼はいつも勉強や仕事が忙しいみたい。もちろんそれはわかってるんだけど、会う時間が全然ないのはやっぱり悲しいな。時間って自分がそうしようと思ったらどうにか作れるものじゃないかって思うの。電話もらえるだけでも私にとってはすごく嬉しいってことをわかってもらえないんだよね。これって私のわがままなのかな。私にだって忙しいときはあるけど、彼のためならいつでも時間を作りたいって思ってるのにな。たぶん私だけがこんなふうに思ってるんだろうなって考えるとむなしくなるわ。」

He always says he's busy with study and work. Sure I understand that, but it's sad he doesn't have time for me... I believe time is something you make if you want. He doesn't understand even one call would definitely make my day. I wonder if I'm asking too much. I sometimes get busy too, but I'm always willing to make time for him because I want to. Maybe I'm the only one who is feeling this way, which makes me feel empty.

他の方のコメントがありますが、全般的によくできていると思いますので、ご参考程度にしてください。

文法的には問題ないですね。
友達にお話ししていると言うことであれば、
He always tells me that he is busy with school and job.
彼が学生で学業とバイトで忙しい身である場合にはこのようにも言えますね。他の人ではなく私にはそう言っている感じです。社会人の場合でも上でもOKだと思いますが、busy with school and workともできます。

I sure understand that, but I wish I had more time to see him.
わかっていますが、彼に会える時間がもっとあればいいのにさあ。

I believe time is something you make if you want TO.
「もしそうしたいなら」のところは、if you want to.とすることで
if you want to make it.のような省略形ができ、wantと比べて英文構文上の曖昧性が少ないと考えられます。

I believe you find yourself time however busy you are.
どれだけ忙しくても時間って自分で見つけるものだと思います。

If you are willing to find yourself time, I think you can.
やる気があるなら、時間なんて見つけられると思っています。

If you have strong willpower, I think you will be able to take time off.
本当にその気があるなら、休日取れると思うわ。

なども可能ではないでしょうか。

because I want to.って何を指しているのでしょうか。その前まではＯＫですが、この部分がわかりにくいです。because I want to make time for him.のことですか。特別この部分は日本語を見る限り必要ではないかと思われます。あって間違いとは言い切れませんが。I sometimes get busy too, but I'm always willing to make time for him でも意味は伝わるでしょう。あとにeven if I have so many things to do.と付け足すこともできます。「たとえいっぱいやることがあっても。」

言葉や表現の選択、語順、及び全体の要旨すべてにわたりたいへんよくできています。

会話と云う事で殆ど問題ないと思います。

I am sure to understand that, however, feel sad
to know he could not make time for me. I believe
that time is something you can make if you intend to do. ( I agree thereafter)

大体いいですよ。

しいて言えば、 workはjobの方がいいかな。広義には
leisureの反対語として workには勉強の意味も含まれます。もしくは workだけでもいいかも。
Sure Iは I sureの方がいいでしょう。understandは
be convincedとした方が 原文のニュアンスをつかんでいます。thatの次にbutが来るのは不自然です。語尾に
thoughを入れましょう。
you make if you want. makeを使役にして be availabaleを入れたらどうでしょうか？
I'm always willing ここは仮定法にしたほうがいいかもしれません。
