battle.netのハッキングにあいました。

starcraft2というゲームをしていますが、ある日突然ログインができなくなってしまいました。そこで、過去のメールを見てみるとアカウントがハッキングされている恐れがあると感じました。
以下にメール全文を記載いたしますので、どなたか解決法をいただければと思います。

Hello ○○○○,

Blizzard Entertainment recently received a request to change the e-mail address used to log in to the Battle.net account with the username （私のメールアドレス）. The e-mail address y***@163.com has been specified as the new username for this Battle.net account. An email has been sent to this new address containing a verification link to complete the change.

Once the new address has been verified, the e-mail address （私のメールアドレス） can no longer be used to log in to this Battle.net account or any World of Warcraft accounts merged with this Battle.net account.

If you did not initiate this request, please click here to contact the Blizzard Billing & Account Services team immediately.

途中に記載されている「y***@163.com」に見覚えが全くなく、163.comで検索してみると中国の検索ポータルがヒットしました。
これは、誰かにアカウントをハッキングされ、メールアドレスを強制的に変更されてしまったと見てよろしいでしょうか？その場合もう取り返すことができませんでしょうか？

最後の一文に

「このメールアドレス変更の申請に身に覚えがない場合は
速やかにここ「here」をクリックして
the Blizzard Billing & Account Services team に連絡してください」
と書かれています。

このメールが届いてから何日経っているのかわかりませんが
早く連絡して相談した方がいいです。
