Please tell me the another day you are free.

4th October (is/was) your birthday. I will stand you
a drink.(10/4の場合）
I will congratulate you on your birthday.
I'd like to tell you my trip in Taiwan, and show you pictures.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again.
