With the recent concerns of “Ghost Orders” we have updated our bots to have a specified checkout time. We had already updated our bots to a default delay of 3-5 seconds but some users complained this was too slow. So we’re now allowing you to set a preferred checkout speed. This is just when the bot will hit the final Process Payment button on the checkout page.

We still recommend 3-5 seconds but you are free to use anything you like. If left disabled that default speed is 4 seconds.

Ghost Orders – Orders that seem to have gone through to the confirmation page, but voided internally in Supreme’s systems – So no charge and no email confirmations actually go through. Due to checking out too quick.

最近のゴースト・オーダーに対する懸念から、私たちはチェック・アウトの時間を設けるためボットをアップデートしました。過去にもすでに遅延の初期設定(default delay)を3-5秒に設定していましたが、何人かのユーザーから遅すぎるとのクレームを受けていました。そこでこの度、チェック･アウトの時間をお好みで設定できるようにしました。それは確認画面においてボットが最終決済ボタンをヒットしたときのみです。

3-5秒の設定をお勧めしていますがお好きな秒数を選べます。もし動作しないままにしておくと初期設定の速度は4秒になります。

ゴースト・オーダー : 確認画面を通過したにもかかわらず、スプリーム・システム内部で無効になったオーダーをいう。(したがって料金は発生せず、確認メールも実際届くことはない。直ちにチェック・アウトとなるため。)
