2005年にあった質問ですが、答えが出ていないようなので、もう一度。
1. John can't sing, nor can I.
2. John can't sing, neither can I.
3. John can't sing and nor can I.
4. John can't sing and neither can I.
のうち正しいのはどれですか？

結論から言えば全てOKです。

ただし、and nor や but nor は嫌う人も少なくないので、避けた方が無難です。
以下、日本の辞書や参考書のネタ本から引用します。

They never forgave him for the insult,
(and/but) (neither/nor) could he rid himself of the feelings of guilt for having spoken in that way.

In American English, 'nor' is not used after 'and'.

2 は微妙ですが、neither が Neither ならOKというところでしょうか…
