どなたか、英訳お願いします。

→先日から母が容体が悪く、介護が必要か否かの
状態になりました。
私も日中仕事しているため、なかなか母の世話を
することが出来ず、仕事している間も家にいる
母のことを心配して仕事に集中出来ない日々が
続いている状況です。
そう言ったこともあり、今年クリスマスパーティー
はしない予定です。

日本語もおかしいと思いますが、意味合いが通じる
よう編集していただいてもかまいませんので、
よろしくお願いします。

注：

#1の方の訳はとても分かりやすく訳されており、私もほぼ同じ感じです。
「先日から」→lately(最近)で現在完了にしています。現在進行形でもOK。
また、recentlyでもOKですが、こちらは現在完了・過去・過去完了形で。

お母様の体調、ご心配ですね。
この年末の時期で、しかもここの所の寒波だけでも半端ないですから、shenandoahさんも体調を崩されませんようにどうかご留意下さい。


My mother has not been feeling well lately, so I have to decide if she needs nursing care.
I work during the daytime, and it is hard for me to take care of her.
Moreover, I can't concentrate on my work because I'm worried about how she stays home alone.
