英訳の難しい文。。。

アメリカでは大統領の三選が禁止されている。と英訳したいのですが、どのように訳したら自然になりますでしょうか？？...

アメリカでは大統領の三選が禁止されていることは自明の事実であるので、私は以下のようにシンプルに言います。

In the United States, the President cannot be elected for more than two consecutive terms.

アメリカ合衆国憲法は、その独立の精神からか何人たりとも改変を許されていません。

しかし、時代の変化とともに、運用上からかamendment（修正条項・補充条項）をくわえていきます。

ご質問の三選の件ですが、19955年の修正22条にあり、下記リンクの

をみると、わかりますが

no person shall be elected to the office of President more than twice

と書かれています。

そしてこれは禁止条項ではなく、「制限」といわれています。項目のあたまにも proposing となっており、禁止（prohibition とかbar）とはいわれていないようです。
また文面も no- ～ shall be とあるので、禁止という厳密な言い方はしていないようです。

禁止されている、という訳とは微妙に変わってしまいますが、

The current election system in the United States doesnot grant the person to seek the third presidential term.

Under the current election system in the United States, it is not allowed for the person to seek the third presidential term.

とか言えそうですが、如何でしょうか？
