アカウント削除への抗議＆質問文を英文で

を埋め込んだブログをOpera blogに投稿したところ、アカウントを停止されました。

Opera Blogへの質問は英文のみ受付ということです。

下記のような感じで、運営への抗議と質問をしたいのですが、通じますでしょうか？

文法や語彙の間違いがあれば、おしえてください。

内容
埋め込んだ動画が、著作権違反だと判断されたことは遺憾です。
動画に使われている写真と音楽は、著作権フリー、米国海軍の公式写真、
または私自身が撮った写真です。

もし、貴殿が著作権違反を理由に私のアカウントを停止されたのあれば、
速やかなアカウント復帰を希望します。

I am sorry if you decided embedded video was against copyright.
Photos embedded video are not violating any copyrights.

Photos used for the video are copyright-free, U.S. Navy's official photos, and my own taking.

If your reason for stopping my account is "violation for copyright", I strongly request you to stop stopping my account.

I would like to convey my deepest regret that my account had been disabled.

I am assuming the reason was that I put a video link in my blog.
The photos used in the video, however, do not violate copyrights in any way.
The photos used in the video are either copyright-free, or of my taking.

For example, I have used some photos from the U.S. Navy website, which states: 'This file is(are) a work(s) of a sailor or employee of the U.S. Navy, taken or made during the course of the person's official duties. As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image is in the public domain.'

Other photos used are under 'GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL)'.

If your reason for disabling my account is "violation of copyright", I strongly request that my account be reactivated.

If above is not the case, please let me know why my account was disabled in the first place.

1.冒頭の所で "I am sorry" と述べてしまうとあたかも自分に落ち度があったように取られてしまう可能性があるので、"convey my deepest regret = とても遺憾に思う" としました（政治家がよく使うアレです）。
2.「仮に著作権が争点でないのであれば、そもそも何故、アカウントが削除されたのか説明してください」の一文も最後に付け加えておきました。

その他も、あなたが著作権者じゃない写真を何枚も見たし　(^_^;


著作権違反を理由にアカウントを停止されたのあれば正当な行為ですやん
無駄な事は止めましょう
