下記の英文の構造をおしえてください。

【英文】
What Burris says will not be limited in the study is input from the public.

【質問】
１．"What Burris says will not be limited in the study"が主語ですよね？

２．その場合、"What Burris says"と" will not be limited in the study"はどう繋がっていますか？

３．下記のように訳してみましたが、しっくりきませんので、添削いただけるとありがたいです。

「Burris さんの言うこと（その調査に限定されない）は、は市民からの情報です。」

までが主語であっています。

the thing which (Burris says) will not be limited in the study

Burris says がないと、
「その研究において限定されないだろうものごと」
Burris says によって修正され
「その研究において限定されないだろうとバリスが言っているものごと」

その研究で制限されることがないとバリスが言っているものは
大衆からの情報である。

関係代名詞 what が主語なわけですが、その中に含まれる「もの」は
Barris says (that) it will not be limited in the study.
という文を考えたときの it になります。

the person who I thought was honest「正直だと私が思った人」
こういう構造と同じで、いわゆる連鎖関係詞節です。

名前はどうでもいいので、I thought, Burris says
によって修正されているとわかればいいです。
一般的にはこれらが挿入と説明されますが、私としては挿入だと正しい構造の理解とは
思っていません。

関係代名詞に置き換わる it などが S thinks とか、S says の内容の中にある。
