MACのpostfixで送信する方法を教えて

MacにMAMPを入れてPHPのCMSを動かしているのですが、メールが送れません。
/var/log/mail.logをみるとdefferddになって溜っています。
/etc/postfix/main.cfは設定し、postfix 再起動しました。ログには特にエラーは出ていません。

環境（プロバイダ）に依存するので基本的には自己解決してください。

プロバイダのリレーホストへ25番ポートで接続できるならmain.cfの「relayhost」を設定するだけで大丈夫ですが、もしかしたら587番など別のポートでしか受け付けていないかもしれません。
リレーホストの情報も含め、ご利用のプロバイダに確認してください。

回線の環境が不明なので断言はできませんが、やっぱりOP25Bに引っ掛かってるように思うのですがいかがでしょうか。

環境について書くのを忘れました。一般的な家庭用の光回線（eo光）です。
OP25B のようですね。
すみません。ポートを換える設定をお教えいただけませんか。

defferddになっている理由を開示してください（ログの該当行を張り付けてください）。

またサーバの環境も教えてください。
専用線などで固定IPで使用していますか？
まさかOP25Bに引っ掛かっているとかはありませんか？
