easyJetという航空会社のHPなのですが、予約したフライトをキャンセルする場合について、何と書いてあるでしょうか。
・予約してから24時間以内であれば、どんな理由であってもキャンセル可能
・予約してから24時間たったら、死別とかそういう理由でなければ返金不可。
・24時間以内にキャンセルする場合は、カスタマーサービスに連絡する
・変更は可能

easyJet is a non-refundable airline, but in exceptional circumstances we will offer you a refund which may be in the form of a Flight Voucher to be used against future travel with easyJet.

We also offer a 24 hour cancellation policy, more information on this and other types of cancellations can be found below.
24 hour cancellation policy
If for any reason you would like to cancel the entire booking within the first 24 hours after making it we will refund all of your money back to you, including the applicable taxes, but minus the administration charge.

After 24 hours bookings become non-refundable, exceptional circumstances in the case of bereavement may apply. If you would like to cancel your booking within the first 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.


Cancelling your booking at any other time
We are a non-refundable airline and as such we do not offer refunds for tickets purchased with us after 24 hours has passed since the time of booking.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance as this may cover the cost of your flights in certain circumstances when you are unable to travel, such as for medical reasons.

Although we are unable to offer a refund if you are no longer able to fly, you can change your flight to a future date and destination (fees and charges may apply). For more information on making a change please visit our dedicated help page.

24時間以内の場合は、管理費用を差し引いて返金
24時間以後は基本返金不可なので、保険に加入することを強く勧める(病気でいけなくなった場合補償してくれる保険がある)
変更は、予定より後の便になら変更可能
ただし、有料
