関係副詞の省略？

speedとwe の間に関係副詞のwhereが省略されている
と思ったのですがあっていますか？

この文ではwhere が省略されていると考えることができます。

ただし関係副詞は常に省略はできません。例えば "He went in the store where he bought an umbrella. では where は省略できません。

where は省略できないことがおおい関係副詞です。したのリンクが参考になります。
