ちょっと調べると敵と戦うという意味のようですが
味方、友軍と一緒に（別の敵と）戦う
ならどんな前置詞がいいのでしょうか？

fight with 味方 against 敵

という形があります。

fight with には両方の意味があるので
どちらの with かわかるような文脈で
使うしかないでしょう。

together with も使えそう。

主語に持ってくるのはどうでしょうか
