Amy: It really blew my mind!
Lucy: Oh, Amy, what's up? Good news?
Amy: Well, I would say... It's a big surprise. And I bet you wanna hear it.
Lucy: Oh, what is it? You tell me.
Amy: Okay, Lucy, your lips are sealed, right?
Lucy: Sure.
Amy: All right, you heard about Tony?
Lucy: Yeah, all I've heard about him for now is he's gonna get a big promotion very soon. That's all I know.
Amy: Look, he already turned it down.
Lucy: ... I can't believe that... Are you sure?
Amy: Yeah.
Lucy: How can you be so sure?
Amy: You know his secretary, Janet? She is my best friend as well.
And a few minutes ago, I bumped into her in the hallway...
Lucy: And she told you about him, right?
Amy: Exactly.
Lucy: I see. Then, what did she say?
Amy: She told me he is gonna take a long leave from next month and go on a trip around with his wife as a token of their 10th Anniversary.
Lucy: You mean, he's gonna be a full-time husband for a while, right?
Amy: Absolutely.
Lucy: Gee, how romantic! I feel their "love". I'm touched to hear it!
...But I'm afraid they are gonna allow him to do it...
Amy: Looks like the CEO is still deciding. But if not, he would set up his own company, I suppose.
Lucy: Yeah, you got him right. He sure is sharp, smart, and capable businessman. Well, Amy, I'm wondering when I can meet my Mr. Right...
Amy: Don't worry, Lucy. Hey, how about coming to a party tonight?
Let's have fun together!

　こんにちは!!!　今日は自分なりに時間を楽しんでいるっていう感じです。　まだこちらでは緑がほとんどと言って良いほどないんですが、クロッカスが紫色の花が庭を「独り占めにして」咲いています。　後は全て枯れた薄茶一面です。　（白じゃないのが「とりえ」＜ｇ＞）

ではまた一行一行やってみましょうね。

＞Amy: It really blew my mind!
Lucy: Oh, Amy, what's up? Good news?

Any good news?と「どんな事?」と言うフィーリングをちょっと多く出した方が良いと思います。　blew my mind程のニュースなんですから。　または、Is it a good news?と逆に良いニュース?それとも、悪いニュースだからblew my mindなの?と言う表現にも持っていけますね。　もっともこうすると話の方向がちょっと変わってきてしまいますが。　Is it good, bad, shocking, nice, or what?　とちょっとじれったいフィーリングを出す事も出来ると思います。

＞Amy: Well, I would say... It's a big surprise. And I bet you wanna hear it.
Lucy: Oh, what is it? You tell me.

このYou tell meは「私に聞くより自分で言ってよ」「知りたいのは私のほうだよ」と言うフィーリングがあるときに使います。　重宝する表現ですがここではフィーリングがあいませんね。　ただ、Hurry up, you tell me.と言う表現をすれば、tell meの変形として取る事は出来ます。　こんな時にはTell me.が一番一般的なんじゃないかな。　Don't tease me.という様な表現もしますね。　じらさないでよ、と言うフィーリングですね。

＞Amy: Okay, Lucy, your lips are sealed, right?

your lipsの前に、Butを入れたいところです。　これも使いますし、Don't tell anybody else, ok?　Keep it a secret for awhile, OK?と言うようにright?をOk?にすると分かりやすくなりますが、"Your lips are sealed", right?と言う様に「いわゆる緘口令よ、分かっているわね」と言うせりふであれば使えますね。

＞Lucy: Sure.
Amy: All right, you heard about Tony?
Lucy: Yeah, all I've heard about him for now is he's gonna get a big promotion very soon. That's all I know.

That's all I know.とあるので、for nowはいるかなと思いますが、入れて誤解をするとかと言う事ではなく個性的表現だなと感じました。

＞Amy: Look, he already turned it down.

Yes, he did and it's a nice one but listen, he already turned it down, did you know that? (Yes, he turned down the big promotion!!)と言う表現をする事でこの文章のフィーリングを高める事が出来ますね。　

>Lucy: ... I can't believe that... Are you sure?
Amy: Yeah.
Lucy: How can you be so sure?
Amy: You know his secretary, Janet? She is my best friend as well.
And a few minutes ago, I bumped into her in the hallway...

をAnd she told you this? とabout himではなく、辞退したと言う事をthisとまとめる言い方のほうが話題的に合っているわけです。

このI seeをやはり驚きのフィーリングを出すために、Wow!に変えると良いですね。　I seeでは何かそっけなくなります。

a token of their belated 10th Anniversaryとするかas their belated 10th Anniversary from last yearとすると今年のではなく一年前の結婚記念日と言う事が分かりますね。

I'm afraid they are not gonna let him do that, are they?とするかI hope they are gonna let him do that, but are they?とした方が意味が通りますね。

But if he does not let him, then he may start up his own company, I think.とif notをもう少し具体的にしないと、notがdecideにかかってくるような感じになってしまい、意味が通らなくなります。　not decideはnot decide favorablyと言う事ではないですね。　ここでheを重複して使っていますが、一般的にこのような具体的な状況での文章ではありがちな表現方法です。　日本での、長年の「連れ合い」に、「おい、あれ持って来てくれよ」で通じるのであれば、この文章は「問題ない」表現となります。　学校英語（なんていう英語は実存してはいけないんですけど＜ｇ＞）では気にするところでしょうが。　

「早く大学に入って専門の勉強しなさい」と「早くお風呂に入って寝なさい」と「入って」と使い方の違いが分かるような言語能力は日本人だけのものじゃないですよ。＜ｇ＞　これをよく言う私を知っている人は「じゃ、これでお風呂に入って、ドアの向こうに誰もいないのを確認して、出て、体を拭いて寝巻きを着てから寝るね、あっ、トイレも行くかも」とちゃんと通じる日本語を言ってくれます。　＜ｇ＞

＞Lucy: Yeah, you got him right.

You (might have) got it right.とかYou may be right.とかYeah, he may do that.と言う表現も使えますね。

＞He sure is sharp, smart, and capable businessman.

やはり、is a sharp businessmanと言う形になりますのでaを入れなくてはなりませんね。　冗談に、and is nice looking! <g>と言う表現も入れても良いかな。　＜ｇ＞

最後のLet's have fun together.のフィーリングは「独り者同士」と言うフィーリングですか?　＜ｇ＞　最後のきめとしての文章として、You may find your Mr. Right or a price on a white horse there. But just be ready, I may get/nail him first!! <g>と持っていっても良いのじゃないかなと思います。

お久しぶりです！

いくつか気づいた所を書かせて下さいね。
ぱっと読んだ感覚で、ですが・・・。

You tell me.
ですが、あまり「聞きたい」という意欲が感じられない気がします。
「自分には判らないから、言ってみてよ」とか、「さあね」みたいな感じと言うんでしょうか。
でも、そう言うニュアンスで使っていたらごめんなさい。

もし、「なになに？聞かせて！」と言う感じだと、
Go on, tell me!
Tell me now!
Just tell me!
とか・・・？

your lips are sealed, right?
ここは、「内緒にしといてよ」と言いたいと、勝手に推測したのですが、それだと何か違和感を感じます。
もしその意味だと、この表現はあまり聞かない気がします。
rightのせい・・・？ちょっと読んだ感覚が・・・。
うまく説明できないのですが。

「（言うけど）内緒だよ」
のような言い方が多い気がします。

となると思います。

ちょっと細かい指摘になりますが、

if not が、前の文章「CEOが考え中なの」につながりにくい気がします。
何がnotなのかが曖昧です。
意味的には、もし、CEO（会社）が許さない場合・・・の略ですか？
だとすると、
If he(CEO) doesn't allow Tony to do soが元の形とすると（書いてなくても読み手は流れでこう想像すると思います）、次のhe would set up his own companyのheをTonyにしないと判りにくいと思います。

話の流れで誰かはちゃんと判るんですけどね。
ほんとに細かくて・・・。でもちょこっと気になりました。

この表現をあまり聞いた事がないのですが（私の周りが使わないだけかも・・・？）、
「彼のことをよく分かってるね」という意味ですよね？
you are right about him.
you really know him very well.
とかの方が普通に使う気がします。

He sure is sharp... ここにはaを入れた方がよいと思います。

会話ではさらっと流してしまいそうな、細かい点になってしまいましたが、いつものように私の感覚で書かせてもらいました。
