○月○日の飛行機が満席でとれなかったので○月○日に変更しました。
⇒i couldnt book the plane was full which is march 5th,so i changed a seat of march 7th. ？？？？
ごちゃごちゃで文法が。。。

I could not [couldn't] book the flight of March 5 because

it was fully booked. So I changed it to March 7th.

couldnt →　正しくは　[could not] or [couldn't]

別の書き方です
I could not book March 5th flight which was fully booked,
so I booked March 7th instead.

両文とも
[March 7th]の後に「flight]が省略されています。

３月５日の便が満席で、
予約出来なかったので、
３月７日の便を予約した。
この通り英訳すると
March 5th flight was fully booked.
I could not book the flight.
I booked March 7th flight instead.

The flight on March 5th was fully booked, so I booked the one of March 7th.

（＝3月5日のフライトが満席だったから、3月7日のを予約しました）

でいかがでしょう。「full booked」でも分かりますが、「正しくはfully booked」です。

空港は、NewTokyointernationalAirportかNaritainternationalAirport

のような表記だと思います。
新千歳空港ならNewThitoseAirportです。

飛行機に関しては

成田発大阪行き
→ leaving Narita at 10 (and) arriving at Osaka at 11.
とか、そんな感じです。
予約でいっぱいは、
It is full booked.
な感じです。
あとはYahoo翻訳家なんかで勉強ですね。
