初めての英語ビジネスEメールなのですが…

初めて英語でＥメールを送るのですが、謝罪の内容を含んだメールでありまして、表現をどうしたらいいか非常に困っています。以下に和文を記載しますので、どなたか英語に訳していただけませんでしょうか？

（和文）
○○さん、はじめまして△△コーポレーションの田中と申します。
今回より、私がroyaltyの連絡をさせていただきます。
一つお詫びしなければいけないのが、○○さんよりご連絡のありましたminimum royalty(最低支払額）の変更に気付かずにroyaltyの計算をしてしまったことです。
××のminimum royaltyは正しくは$2,084ではなく、$2,140です。
差額は2クォーターに必ず払います。

I am in charge of royalty account matters.

First of all, I have to apologize for the wrong royalty amount
previously advised by Mr. ZZZZ. I carelessly overlooked the
change in minimum royalty.

Accordingly the correct royalty amount is US$2,140.00
instead of previously advised US$2,084.00. Please note the
difference is to be settled by us in the 2nd quarter.

既に３名の方々の回答がありますので、蛇足ながらコメントのみとさせていただきます。

質問者さんのご質問を読み返して気づいたことですが、謝罪のポイントがずれているのではないかということです。　今現在、誰かが計算を間違えた事が問題なのではなく、「間違いがあったことが確認できましたので差額精算いたしますが、その支払いは第２期（期日未定）となります。」ということです。　したがって、そのオファーに対する相手の不便さに対する謝罪と、承諾を求める一言、担当者としてのあなたの連絡先などを文末に書き足す必要があると思います。　金額的には大金ではないようですが、受け取る側には信頼関係への不安と、キャッシュフローの問題がありますからね。

以上の点において、＃３さんの最後の一文inconvenience......accept the way....は良いと思います。　３名の回答をうまくあわせるといいものが出来ると思います。　ただ、ご質問の内容を見る限り平身低頭apologizeするほどの失敗なのか疑問です。　それほどの重大事案であれば第２期中と言わず、今すぐ送金・セトルするべきではないかと思います。

With regard to the amount of loyalty in question, we apologize that we miscalculated the figure due to our unawareness of the change of the amount of minimum payment.

You are correct that our due amount should instead be $ 2,140 and the difference of US$56.00 shall be settled in the 2nd quarter.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you but sincerely hope you can accept the way of settlement.

　　I wish to introduce myself. My name is Tanaka,at △△ Corporation. I am newly in charge of the royalties.

I have to apologize to you at the outset. I was not aware of the change in the rate of minimum royalty as you were informed by ○○, I calculated by the old rate. The correct minimum roralty for xx should be $2.140, not $2,084. I am going to make sure that we remit the difference in the 2nd Quarter.
