・ 人体は、その仕事が体に入ってくる細菌を認識し破壊することである白血球によって、病気から保護されています。

・ 今日では、大部分の献血はHIVに対する検査がなされているけれども、人々はすでにその病気（HIV)に感染している血の輸血を受けることでHIVに感染する場合もあります。
