英語表現教えて下さい！！

風邪をひいたので、母に薬を飲みたいと言うと、梅エキスを薦められました。
その会話の中で「梅エキスをばかにしたらあかんで」という言葉が出たのですが、
これを英語にするとどんな感じになるのでしょうか？
なんとなく"You must not underestimate the healing effect of plum extract."な感じかと思ったのですが、自分でも違和感があります。もっとスムースな表現はないでしょうか？
できれば、「あかんで」的なニュアンスが出るような表現も教えてもらえればと思います。

You must not underestimate ............ でも良いと思いますけど。

Don’t be so sure the health effect of plum extract.
「あかんで」の表現はDon't be so sure

Don’t try to underestimate the plum extract’s potency.
「あかんで」の表現はDon't try to underestimate

Be sure, not to underestimate the plum extract's potency.
「あかんで」の表現はBe sure, not to underestimate

まあ他にも似たような表現はいろいろありますがこれ位で。

　plumじはUmeのほうが、分かる人にはいいかもですね。

「あかんで」という大阪弁っぽくする方法は知りません。まあ、カジュアルなんでしょうね。そういう線で「（Bについて）Aをばかにしたらあかんで」は、いろいろ言えますね（考えたり、さらに調べたら百通りはあるんじゃないかと）。ちょっとだけ考え付くのを書いてみます。

Know better than to treat A rudely in case of B.
Don't make a fool of A, if you have B.
A surely works for/against B!
You say A is useless for/against B? That's simply impossible! / I can't believe it!
Don't slight / make light of / make little of / looked down on A for/against B.
You should know A is good for/against B.
Even foolish A and blunt scissors can be useful in the hands of a clever person, you know.（なんとかとハサミは使いよう、の変形）
[You shouldn't] / Don't laugh at A (, if you have B / in case of B / etc).
There is no cure for B except A.（なんとかにつける薬はない、の変形）
There's no medicine but A that can cure B.（同上）

　うー、あかん。キリがないですう。
