訳が分からないので教えて頂けましたら助かります。

さらに驚くべきことは、20人に1人の調査の回答者は、上司に宛てたメールの最後にときどき「love and kisses!」の言葉を書くと回答した。

この言葉は友人や恋人に宛てた個人的なメッセージなら適しているが、通常は職場の礼儀に反しているものだと考えられる。
