英文法 数量形容詞を伴った名詞の動詞の単複

英文法に関する質問です。

早稲田大学志望の受験生です。


次の英文の空欄にbe動詞を変化させていれてください。
また、それぞれの訳、理由と説明もお願いします。詳しければ詳しいほど 嬉しいです。もし例外などあれば、それに関しても明記していただけたら幸いです。

areが正しくisは間違いとしてる人達もいるが、isでもよさそう。

1.both は複数扱い are/were

2.Each piece of THE computer DATA is/was
of の後は複数でも，each 自体は単数。
3.none of の後に複数がくると，基本，複数扱い。are/were
4.all は複数。are/were
5.部分否定になっても同じ。are/were
6.neither 単数はそのまま単数扱い。is/was
7.neither of 複数の場合，単数が基本だが，複数も可。is/was
8.every 単数はそのまま単数扱いだが，and で２つ以上つながれる
9.3 と同じ。are/were
10. either A or B は B に合わせるが，疑問文の場合は A に合わせる。　
要するに，動詞に近い方に合わせる。Is
