ebayに関して緊急の質問です！

ebay初心者です。昨日、初めてebayで商品を落札しました。支払いの段階で、下のメッセージが表示され、支払いが継続できなくなりました。
One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected.
Change your address or remove the items to continue.
You may also contact the seller for an exception.
落札前にshipping to worldwideであることと日本までの送料の表示を確認したはずだったのですが、どうやらsellerが特定の国をブロックしてあったり、料金設定をしていないようです（他サイト様でアドバイスをいただき判明しました）。
そこで、sellerに連絡して、ebayを通じて支払うことができないならPaypalを通して直接invoiceを送ってもらえるのではないかとアドバイスをいただきました。しかし、どこにどのように質問していいのかも分からず困っています。
落札したものですので、責任もって支払い、手に入れたいと思いますが、英語での難しいやり取りを考えると、キャンセルできるならキャンセルしたいと弱気にもなってしまいます。
そこで、英語の分かる方やebayの経験者の方の助言をいただけたらと思い、質問させていただきました。

相手の方に下記のような質問を送ってみてはいかがでしょうか？

Hello,（相手のID).
I am unable to pay an item I bought because whenever I try to pay, I get the following message;
One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected. Change your address or remove the items to continue. You may also contact the seller for an exception.

I wonder if you have forgotten my ID to remove from your Block list. If so, would you please add my ID, あなたのID番号, to your Bidder Block Exception List? Or would you please send me an invoice once you would calculated the shipping cost to Japan? Then I can send you the money via PayPal, I think.
