PIPETTING
1)Fit a new tip.
Plastic tips are for a single application - they must not be cleaned for reuse.

same vessel (or to waste).Subsequent volumes that you pipette will levels of accuracy and

3)Aspire
Press the push-button to the first-steop (this corresponds to the set volume of liquid).
Hold thepipette vertically and immerse the tip in the liquid (see immersion depth table:next
page).Release the push-button slowly and smoothly (to top position) to aspirate the set
volume of liquid.
Wait one second (time depends on model, see table);then withdraw the pipette-tip from
the liquid.You mayu wipe any droplets away from the outside of the tip using a medical
wipe, however if you do so take care to avoid touching the tip's orifice.

4)Dispense.
Place the endof the tip against the inside wall of the recipient vessel (at an angle of10° to
40°)/
Press the push-button slowly and smoothly to the second stop to expel any residual liquid
from the tip.
Wait for at leasta second;then press the push-button to the seccond stop to expel any
residual liquid from the tip.
Keepthe push-button pressed fully down and (while removing thepipette) draw the tip
alongthe inside surface of the vessel.
Release the push-button, smoothly.

5)Eject the tip by pressing firmly on the tip-ejector button.

ピペット操作

1）新しいチップを取りつける。
プラスティックチップの使用は1回限り。再利用の為に洗ってはならない。
堅固な気密性(漏れがなくぴったりと密着していること）を確かなものとする為に少しねじりながらチップホルダーをチップの中に押し込む。

2)予備洗浄＝プレリンス
液体によっては（例えば、タンパク質含有溶液や有機溶媒）チップの内側に液膜が残ることがある。この現象に由来するであろうエラーを最小限にとどめる為にチップをプレリンスすること。プレリンスとは分注前の液体を吸引してから同じ容器に排出する（もしくは廃棄する）ことだ。ピペットで分注するその後の容量は、仕様範囲内の正確度と精度を保つこととなる。

3）吸引
プッシュボタンを第一ストップまで押す（液体の設定容量に対応する）。
ピペットを垂直に保って、液体にチップを浸す（深さについては次のページの表を参照のこと）。液体の設定容量を吸引する為にブッシュボタンをゆっくりとスムーズに（一番上の位置まで）戻す。
1秒待ってから（時間はモデルによって異なる。表を参照のこと）、ピペットのチップを液体から引き上げる。薬用ナップを用いてチップの外側についた水滴を拭いてもいいが、その場合は、チップの口に触れないよう注意すること。

4)分注
吐出する容器の内壁にチップの先端を合わせる（10度から40度の角度で）
チップから残った液体を吐出する為にプッシュボタンをゆっくりとスムーズに第１ストップまで押す。
※ご質問文では第2ストップとなっていましたが、ここは第1ストップです。
すくなくとも1秒まってから、チップに残った液体をすべて吐出する為にプッシュボタンを第2ストップまで押す。
プッシュボタンを完全に押して、（ピペットをはずしながら）容器の内壁に沿わせてチップを引き上げる。

5）チップイジェクターボタンをしっかりと押しながらチップを取りはずす。

たかがホールピペットだ。「ホールピペット」「使い方」で、日本語サイトを探したほうが早いような気もする。（未検証）
