The other day, ○○ asked me to work with him/her on the upcoming project for Lemoart gallery and told me to contact you, the gallery owner, directly for the details.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the details of the project and time/date it starts.

○○ asked me to work together for a project which will be held at Lemoart gallery soon, and contact directly to the owner of the gallery for specifics. I'd appreciate if you fill me in the specifics of the project, the schedule, etc.
