だと再帰代名詞yourselfは目的語になりますので、名詞であるwhatが要素外になります。

Be more careful that you conduct yourself well in future
書き換えは（　)内ですので。Be careful of のofを消すのはルール違反でしょう。
意味的にも不明瞭です「行儀よく振舞うことをもっと気をつけよ」？？
Be more careful so (that) you may conduct yourself well in futureならわかりますが。

私の答え
Be more careful of how you conduct yorself in future.
「身の振る舞い方には、これからはもっと気をつけなさい」


２Doing is quite another thing than knowing.
anotherが「別の」の意味になるのは限定用法〈another＋名詞〉の場合のみ
Doing is quite other thing than knowing.なら正解でしょう。

しかしthan は一般に後にS+be/doが続く接続詞と考えられています。
He is taller than I am のようにしばしばbe動詞も伴う。
Doing is quite other thing than knowing （is） .
設問は単文にせよということなので不適切。

Knowing and doing are two separate things.
separateは「離れた」「別個の」本来1つのものであったものが分かれたものについて使われると思うのですが？
