Here goes と Here it goes はどう違うのですか？

しかし、これから派生したと推測できますが、少し違った使われ方があります。

Here goesの場合、Hereが名詞として使われ、ここから進めると、というのが直訳になると思います。
Here it goesの場合、文型は明快で、直訳すれば、それはここから進む、ということでしょう。
どちらの場合も、訳せば、「こんな風になる」、「こんな具合である」、「このように話である」という感じです。

ああ、No.2 さんのご回答を見て、ようやく質問の内容を理解しました。

No.1 です。

つまり、「こんな例もあります」という文例で、この二者に違いがあるかということですね。
Here goes: xxxx と書かれる場合と、Here it goes: xxxx と書かれる場合についてとなれば、違いはほとんどありません。
あとに続く部分が、xxxx ということだよ、という意味では、それを指す「it」があろうがなかろうが、意味は同じですね。「it」じゃない場合もあるでしょうし。

「Here goes」の方は「 Here we go」と同じように、自分たちが、何か始めるのでしょう。

「やるぞ」って。
それに対して「Here it goes」は、自分（たち）ではない何かの場合でしょう。「ほら、やってるよ」みたいな。
