和訳がうまくできなくて問題の中身もなかなか読み取れません。

In the game of Rusisian roulette, one inserts a single cartridge into he drum of a revolver, leaving the other five chambers of the drum empty. One then spins the drum, aims at one's head, and pulls the trigger.

(1)What is the probability of being still alive after playing the game N times ?
(2)What is the probability of surviving (N-1) turns in this game and then being shot the Nth time one pulls the trigger?
(3)What is the mean number of times a player gets the opportunity of pulling the trigger in this macabre game?

Assume that typographical errors committed by a typesetter occur completely at random. Suppose that a book of 600 pages contain 600 such errors. Use Poisson distribution to calculate the probability.

(1)That a page contain no errors.
(2)That a page contains at least three errors.

Poisson distribution （ポアソン分布？）などもよくわからないので詳しい解説よろしくお願いします。

これを参照して書くと...

「リボルバーを回し自分の頭を撃ちます」というのは，なんだかなあ。言いたいことは分かるけど，まわすのはリボルバー（回転式拳銃）ではなくて，シリンダ（回転式弾倉）だと思うぞ。
それから「このゲームの平均値〈ｘ〉＝Σｘ_i・P(ｘ_i)　」と言うのも全然変数の定義がないし...

「植字工が完全無作為に印刷ミスをする」というのも，印刷ミスをするのは印刷機であって植字工ではないと思う。こういうときは誤植と言うんじゃないか？

で，問題の解説です。

(1)確率5/6で起こる事象がN回続けて起こる確率は?
(2)確率5/6で起こる事象が(N-1)回続けて起こり，その後確率1/6で起こる事象が起こる確率は?
(3)(2)で求めたものをf(N)とするとΣ(N*f(N))は？ただしN=1から∞までの和

(1)λ=1のときλ^0/0!*exp(-λ)は?
(2)λ=1のとき1-(λ^0/0!*exp(-λ)+λ^1/1!*exp(-λ)+λ^2/2!*exp(-λ))は?
