Please refer to the data attached.

In spite of the many NOCs we have been sending you, we have received hardly any response.
We request that you issue reports for all the backlogged NOCs, starting with the old ones, and send them right away.
In particular, those with the Ref.# in red require your immediate attention.
Whilst on the subject, how do you explain the fact that we are seeing so many defective parts?
I would suggest that you review the production process for all your products, not just for a selected few.
After we complete the registration of xx products in SAP, we are considering to utilize TECHS as the next step.
If or when that happens, you will surely find it hard to continue your undertaking as is.
