too - to構文で下の文がありました。

these bags are too heavy to carry
これらのバッグを運ぶには重すぎます

これを下の２つのように置き換えることは正しいでしょうか？
It is too heavy to carry these bags
To carry these bags are too heavy

もし、正しければこのto不定詞は名詞的用法になるのでしょうか？

Itが仮主語で、to carry these bags が真主語ということですが、
これらのバッグを運ぶこと=重い
ではないから、この文章はヘンテコです。

To carry these bags are too heavy.
この文章についても同じことが言えます。

It is hard to carry these bags. とか
To carry these bags is difficult.
なら大丈夫ですけど。

「to 不定詞」はその時点ではまだなされいない出来事をのことを表現するための構文です。

不定詞は未来のイメージなのでまだなされいない出来事となるのですね！

主語が変っていますが、まあ同じような意味です。
×　To carry these bags are too heavy
倒置として成り立っていませんし、
To carry these bags　を主語とした場合、
このバッグを運ぶこと　は　重過ぎる
みたいな感じで意味がよくわからないです。

too ～ to ～ だと、「（重くて）運ぶことができない。

」とまで、伝わりますが...

To carry these bags are too heavy.
だと、「これらのバッグは重過ぎる」...と言っているだけで、
運べない、とまでは伝わらないのでは？ないでしょうか...？


まあでも、自分の考えでしかないので、
あくまでも参考程度にしてください。
