という文があるのですが、あなたがより重量と考えるアイデアと表現している、
thinkとisと動詞がつづくのが理解できません。どなたか教えて下さい。

• 補足説明させて頂きます。この文の意味は、より重要と考えるアイデアを先に述べることができるという意味です。
  なので、You can say the idea that you think is more important first. で
  you think is more important　な　idea ということになるのですが、
  you think is という表現の構造がどういうスタイルなのでしょうか。

say the idea なんて言いません。

tell だからと言って「誰に」をつけなければならないなんていうのは、思い違いです。少しばかり調べれば、誰でもすぐにわかることです。

？ アメリカ英語の口語だと"say"を使いますよ。

逆に"tell"なら「誰に」伝えるかが必要になります。"you can tell me/us the idea (that) you think is more imporant first" とする必要があるので、"say"「言ってみて」を使うんだと思いますよ。

どこにそんな文が出て来たのかは知りませんが、それは何かの間違いではないかと思います。正しくは

(2) You can ★tell★ the idea you think is more important first.

とでも書くべきではないでしょうか？もし (2) なんだったら、私にはそれがよく理解できます。

You can tell the idea.
（あなたはその考え方を述べることができます。）
You can tell the idea first.
（あなたは、その考え方を最初に述べることができます。）
can は「～することができる」という意味にもなりますが、軽い命令として考えて、「その考え方について最初に述べてくださいね」というような意味である場合もあるでしょう。

しかし You can say the idea. とは言えないはずです。もちろん、You can say (that) the idea is great. などというふうに言うことはできます。

the idea you think is more important
これなら、「あなたがもっと大切だと思っている考え方」という意味です。tthe idea which (または that) is more important
ならば「もっと大切な考え方」ですが
the idea you think is more important ならば、間に you think が挿入されているのだと考えればわかりやすいですが、ともかくこれで「あなたがもっと大切だと考えている（比較的大切だと思っている）考え方について述べる」という意味になります。

その前に You can tell をつけて、最後に first をつければ、
You can tell the idea you think is more important first.
となり、「あなたが比較的大切だ（もっと大切だ）と思っている考え方について述べることができます（述べてくださいね）」という意味になります。

いずれにしても、say だったら変で、tell ならば意味が通じると思います。

The idea you thinkまでが主語です。

the idea (which) you thinkと、youの前にthat かwhichが省略されています。どちらでもいいです。
The idea is more important. と同じ構造です。

thinkとisと動詞が続いているように見えても、the idea you thinkでひとつのまとまりなんです。

the idea you think を　your idea と思えば宜しい。
