次の英文の文構造を教えてください

監査関係で次の英文の文構造が分かりません。it 以下の構造が分かる方いらっしゃいますか？

財務諸表のアサーションにおける重要な虚偽の表示について監査委員会に報告するにあたり、内部監査部門が有する客観性。

以下が私が考えた文構造ですが、it detects 以降がどう繋がっているかが理解できません。

誤解のないように、すでに No. 1 にて回答しましたが、さらにくどくどと解説を加えます。

The internal audit department’s objectivity in
　　　reporting
　　　　　a material misstatement of
　　　　　　　a financial statement assertion [which] it detects
　　　to the audit committee.

上のように書きましたが、その意味合いは、

(1) reporting [目的語] to the audit committee で、「～を audit committee に報告すること」という意味です。

(2) reporting のあとの目的語の部分は長くて、a material misstatement of a financial statement assertion [which] it detects の全体です。

(3) その目的語の全体を訳すと、「それ（内部監査部門）が突き止める財務諸表のアサーション」です。

(4) The internal audit department's objectivity in [doing something] の意味は、「～することにおける（～するにあたっての）内部監査部門の客観性」ということです。

detectの目的語がないので、itの前に関係代名詞whichが省略されている、という考え方です。

　　　　　a material misstatement of
　　　　　　　a financial statement assertion [which] it detects
　　　to the audit committee.

(1) reporting ABC to XYZ ということで、「ABC を XYZ に報告すること」。

(2) a financial statement assertion [which it detects で、「それ（内部監査部門）が突き止める財務諸表のアサーションについての重要な虚偽の表示」。

(3) 全体の意味は、
内部監査部門が突き止める財務諸表のアサーションを監査委員会に報告するにあたっての内部監査部門の客観性
