国有的押収の2語の相違について

外国（民間的）資本を国家的に押収（国有化）するにには。expropriation とconfistication とがあるのらしいのですが、その主たる相違はなんでしょうか？

最近の例も併せて紹介くだされば参考になります。

一般辞典を調べた上での質問なので回答はその事情ご理解

法律家ではありませんので、これはあくまでもご参考まで。

国家による外国資本の接収という意味では、nationalization、confiscation、expropriationという言葉はほぼ同じ意味を持っていると考えられます。(注1)
しかし、nationalization without confiscationとかnationalization without appropriationとかとい表現もあり(注2)、nationalizationの場合は一方的でない場合も含まれると考えられます。

それでは、confiscationとexpropriationですが、国家による一方的な私有財産の取り上げという点では同じで、その違いとなると、かなり微妙なように思えます。
ある法律辞典には、confiscationとは対価なしに公共用に私有財産を取得すること(注3)、とありますが、この辞書にはexpropriationの定義はありません。
別の法律辞典には、expropriationとは政府による財産の取得で、対価の支払が期待されている(注4)、とあります。この辞書にはconfiscationの定義はありません。

このあたりを考えると、普通はほぼ同じ意味で使われるにしても、敢えて違いを求めると、confiscationは対価無しの没収という意味合いがあり、expropriationは強制収用で対価の支払は期待できる、そんな違いがあるように思えます。

断言できるわけではありませんが、私が調べた範囲では次のような違いがあるようです。

公用徴収
公用に供するために私有財産を徴収すること(たとえば、私有地の収用など) 　戦争のための徴収が典型的な例だと思います。

confiscation

没収
国が私人の財産を没収すること(たとえば、犯罪による利益の没収など)

やや説明不足でした。A国の会社がB国へ資本進出しB国が
その資本を没収したと言う設定でした。

しかし、外国資本とは別に国内でもありえることに使われる
と示唆する説明は参考にします。有難うございます。
