以下の英文は正しいですか。

*A petition for tighter safely standards was submitted to police late last month.
*The Act allowed couples to petition for divorce after the first anniversary of their marriage.
*Police revoked his driver's lisence for repeated speeding.

This English is perfect. It is a difficult style, but it is not

Japanese-English. People do not usually speak this way, but they do write in this style.

まだ誰も回答を書き入れてないようなのですが、上記の文章の元になった日本語の文章を添えていただけたら、回答しやすいかと思います。

英文だけでは文法は直せるかもしれませんが、単語が適当であるかどうかや、センテンスが適当であるかは判断しにくいかもしれません。

正しいと思いますが、がちがちでむずかしすぎます。

Jananse Englishってやつです。
テストならカンペキだと思います。
でも、もっと単純に書いてもいいと思います。
英語はいかに簡単な言葉で簡潔に説明できるかがポイントです。
って書いたら、気分を害されるでしょうか。
これだけ書けたら、英字新聞読めますよ。
