ウイルスに感染？？困ってます！１

ウイルスに感染したのかわからないんですけど
知らない人からきたメールの添付されてたのを開いたら
outlookに

とか同じ時間に１５通くらい受信しました。
上のメールは、送信者がMail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON>で
件名が、Returned mail: see transcript for detailsです。
下のメールは送信者が[e-mail] <[e-mail]>で、件名がCannot send messageです。
