run ran run です。　失礼しました。

一寸トップというのに若干引っかかりがありますが、これでも良いのかと。

He run off the road to success. 出世コースから外れた。
He has run off the road to success. 出世コースから外れてしまった。

He is on the steady road to higher rank.
彼は順調な出世コースに乗っている。
