バングラデシュは日本の中古車は製造後5年以内のものしか輸入できないという規制があるのは知っている。
中古トラックも同様でしょうか？

I am aware of the Bangladesh regulation that allows, as for used-Japanese-cars, to import ones only of which age is 5 years or less. Is the same applicable for used trucks?

正式に近い文書なので、I knowではなくI am aware ofが適切です。
規制なのでRegulationがいいと思います。A　でも　Theでもよいと思います。
日本車の中古車を明確にするため　「－」を入れました。
5年以内が日本車だけなのか、車全体かわからないので、「日本車に関しては」としました。

Bangladesh knows that there is regulation that Japanese used cars can be imported only within 5 years after manufacture.

Is second-hand truck as well?
