付帯状況について質問させていただきます。

I found lots of charming manhole coverrs on the streets on the way home today.What do they mean?
Well, they mean they were made by the city government as the charm of the city to attract its residents and tourists wiith its local costumed mascot character, historical persorns born in the ciy,and pictures of traditional culture carved on them.

付帯状況で関係詞を用いている構文で仮にhisorical personsを関係詞で就職すると＝who were born~）冗語的でそもそもほとんど使われないのでしょうかしょうか？

そんなことはない。

ただここでは、
its local costumed mascot character,
historical persons born in the city,
pictures of traditional culture carved on them.
という並列なので、修飾するなら形容詞や分詞で凝縮したいところ。

historical persons who were born in the city
にすると、たった二語増えただけだが、関係節と言うだけでほんの少し間延びした感じがする。

まあ、次の carved on them にあわせて、born in the city がいいという感覚ですね。
