動画コンテンツの二次転載もテレビ画面を移しただけでもアウトです。また収益化のためには、いくつもの認証手続きがあり組織化された犯罪組織ならかいくぐれるかもしれませんが、日本に住む個人がそれをすり抜けることはほぼ無理です。悪いことで儲かるようには出来ておりません。
