Amazon.comからAccount on Hold: Response Requiredとメールが

Amazon.comで買い物をしたのですが、以下の内容でメールが来て以来、アカウントにログインできなくなりました。

おそらくクレジットカードの認証ができないという旨だと思うのですが（心当たりもあるので）、対応策が解読できません。どのような対処をしろと書いてあるのでしょうか？
注文を確認してすぐにでもカードの更新をさせていただきたいのですが、ログインもできないので困っています。よろしくお願いします。

To avoid cancellation of your order(s), we request that you fax us a copy of the billing statement associated with the debit or credit card provided as payment. Our fax number is 001-206-266-1838 when faxing from outside the US, or 206-266-1838 from within the US. This statement should include the following information:

* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card
* Address on file with the card issuer
* The customer service phone number for your financial institution.

海外なら安全です、アメリカは.comなんですね知りませんでしたちなみにカード番号をファックスしてくれませんかといっていると思います

カード番号をファックスすればいいんですね。しかしファックス番号すらどれなのかわからない有様で；翻訳サイトなどをもう少しまわってみます。ありがとうございます。

やはり偽サイトですよ

http://www.amazon.co.jpが正式な日本での登録でしたー電話番号は札幌ですよね、本物も本社が札幌にありますしきりにファックスでカード番号を送れと要求していますので決裁はされていないと思いますが万一を考えて利用をとめお近くの警察に届けましょう表示したURLから回答が必ず来ますよ

カードをすぐに止めてください、アマゾンの偽サイトです. アマゾンのドメインは.comではなく.co.jpですよ

ご回答ありがとうございます。日本のアマゾンのサイトではなく、アメリカのアマゾンのサイトでの購入でした。説明不足で申し訳ありません。
アメリカのアマゾンのサイトのURLはAmazon.comで間違いありません。（今まで何度も購入経験がありますので）
