意味が分からないので、先方に英語で質問したいのですが

コンサートのチケットをネットで購入し、
開演の１時間前にクレジットカードを提示し
チケットを受け取るのですが、
説明にはこうあります。

you can pick up your tickets one hour before show time.

それは、
開演の１時間前にならないと受け取れない
の意味なのか、それとも
開演の１時間前以降だと受け取れない
の意味なのか分からず、英語で質問したいのです。
英訳してください。

普通に読めば、１時間前「から」チケット配布「開始」のように受け取れるような気がします。私なら１時間５分前とかに受け取り場所に行くようにすると思います（もちろん開演にさえ間に合えばいいつもりでそれほど急がずに・・・）。
具体的にどの国なのか等状況分かりませんが、上記質問文では相手も「そんなにキッカリ時間を聞かれても・・・」と思うかもしれません(^^;)けど、はっきり聞けるなら聞いておいた方がいいですよね。

Can I pick up our tickets one hour or more befour show time?
Or, can I do it less than one hour befour show time?
