want の使い方

I want not to see him.
と
I don't want to see him.
はどちらも正しい英語ですか？　もしそうなら、2文の違いは何ですか？

どちらも正しい英語です。

ちがいがなにかというと、
否定している部分がちがうということです。

>I want not to see him.
not が否定しているのは to see him
直訳すれば
わたしは彼に会わないことを望んでいる、です。

>I don't want to see him.
don't が否定しているのは want
わたしは彼に会うことを望んでいない、です。

提示文 の場合は意味はほとんどおなじだと思いますが
not to のほうが強い感じを受けます。
また、単語によっては意味が微妙に変わります。
上記の例文にも出ている try の場合です。

意味は同じでしょうが...

I don't want to see him. 自体が、ぶっちゃけた infomal な表現ですが、
I want not to see him. だと、更に子供っぽい感じがします。
場所を選ぶ表現なんじゃないでしょうか。

“I want not to 動詞”は一度も見たことないです。

調べたところやはりそういう言い方はしないそうなので、誤りと言っていいかと思います。

They didn't want to get here until tomorrow. = They wanted not to get here until tomorrow.
とあります。頻出ではないにしても、誤りとはいえないのではないでしょうか？
